Last weekend, Setia SPICE was the ultimate haven for pet lovers as Malaysia’s LARGEST Pet Expo returned to Penang with even greater excitement! With over 200 booths and more than 300 of the latest pet brands, the event welcomed over 15,000 visitors across the two fun-filled days.

Guests enjoyed 12 exciting competitions and activities, including the International Cat Competition, Pet Club Gatherings, Petting Zoo, and a display of reptiles, exotic pets, rabbits, and small animals. Shoppers were treated to unbeatable deals of up to 80% OFF, instant cashback, and chances to win more than RM50,000 worth of prizes through giveaways and lucky draws.

Kids especially loved the interactive pet showcase, getting up close with adorable animals — creating heartwarming memories for the whole family.

Last week, S P Setia had the honour of attending a special appreciation dinner hosted by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT Malaysia ), officiated by YB Tn Nga Kor Ming 倪可敏 , to celebrate Malaysia's success at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2025.

We are thrilled to announce that Setia has secured another Silver award, this time for Amantara, Setia Eco Templer in the Residential Low-Rise category. To date, we have achieved 19 FIABCI World Prix Gold awards.

The exhibition showcased our award-winning Malaysian projects, marking a proud moment for our team and demonstrating our ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainable community development.
