不確定要寫什麼，來點最近的反思。年紀漸長，越來越清楚自己是個極度喜歡獨處、偏愛安靜的人。慢慢練習，在平淡裡感受安穩的快樂，也學著放下那些不必要的在意。因為啊，有些事不必回應，有些情緒不必承接。也許看起來比以前冷靜了一點，但其實只是比較不容易...

不確定要寫什麼，來點最近的反思。

年紀漸長，越來越清楚自己是個極度喜歡獨處、偏愛安靜的人。慢慢練習，在平淡裡感受安穩的快樂，也學著放下那些不必要的在意。

因為啊，有些事不必回應，有些情緒不必承接。
也許看起來比以前冷靜了一點，但其實只是比較不容易被情緒牽著走了，那是一種我正在靠近的狀態。

很多時候選擇不說話，是因為想更謹慎地對待語言，不讓無心的話傷人。有時候，也只是反應慢了一點，錯過了剛剛好的時機。

也在學著理解，每個人都有自己的節奏與方式，我們只是不同而已。慢慢地，也就放過自己了。
