This week we were fortunate to attend Tequila University at Sirena - Puerto Morelos … and it turned out to be so much more than a tequila tasting 🥃
Between the stories, history, food pairings, and learning how much marketing shapes what most people think tequila is supposed to be, I walked away with a totally different perspective.
From aguachile to baklava, each tequila was paired with a chef curated course , turning the event into a full culinary experience instead of just a tasting.
Definitely one of the more unique experiences I’ve had in Puerto Morelos lately.
