It is the early hours of the morning, and nature is still waking up… The atmosphere is magical, and the silence is broken only by the songs of the birds. A and C stand before the officiant, exchanging vows of eternal love, with nature as their only witness

Elopement Mayan Ceremony at the cenote Riviera Maya

In the mysterious Yucatecan jungle between Tulum and Playa del Carmen, D and T decided to get married with a Mayan ritual, embracing the magic of a cenote. The couple, originally from Canada, chose the early afternoon to fully enjoy their elopement. The light was wonderful and enchanting.

Our trusted driver picked them up from their hotel in Playa Maroma, and they arrived at the cenote, where we were setting up the scene for their cenote elopement. The shaman lit the copal incense to begin the ancestral ritual, and the magic began… Amid chants and dances, drums and prayers, invocations filled the air as the jungle warmly embraced the couple from Canada.

Elopement at Akumal Bay – Beach & Wellness Resort

The arrival of the beautiful season here in the Mexican Caribbean led H and J to celebrate their wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico, in the stunning setting of Akumal Bay – Beach & Wellness Resort. The day started with rain in the morning, but by the afternoon, the sun emerged to shine over the magnificent scenery of the Riviera Maya, allowing the couple from the UK to say “I do” in front of a breathtaking ocean backdrop. We wanted to capture these moments with a pre-wedding photo session, concluding after the ceremony with beach photos at sunset hour.

Cenote Elopement Tulum with Mayan Ceremony

V and H’s elopement took place in a cenote in Tulum, inside a stunning cave with crystal-clear water. The couple, originally from Argentina, chose this beautiful spot in the Riviera Maya to celebrate their wedding in Mexico. They selected a breathtaking cenote nestled within the jungle of Tulum.

We decorated the cave with gorgeous candles to enhance the atmosphere of the venue. The shaman began the ceremony with prayers and ritual chants, filling the scene with a sense of spirituality. The couple embraced the Mayan wedding tradition in an intimate, joyful, and deeply loving way.

Tulum Jungle Elopement Boho Style

A hidden place in the Riviera Maya in Tulum, where the jungle merges with the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

A & A decided to celebrate their love in a cave immersed in the greenery of the Mexican jungle near Tulum. Here, hidden among trees and vegetation, a cenote has rested inside the cave for millions of years. The magic of Mother Earth.

The couple chose a Boho style for their wedding ceremony and the decoration of the arch, while the rest, the wonder of the place, and the intimacy of something special, made those moments truly unique.

After the ceremony, we enjoyed a photography session inside the cave and around the cenote, capturing stunning images.

There are places and places……. and special spots. A & M decided to get married in the wonderful setting of the Mexican Caribbean, but not on the beach, in the beautiful scenery of a Cenote. Cenotes are freshwater pools that surface from the underground and create these magical and colorful places. We celebrated A & M's wedding in Puerto Aventura in Riviera Maya, renting a cenote just for us to create something intimate and special. Jorge officiated the ceremony in English, and the couple's emotions reached their peak amidst joy and deep feelings.
