As head of JOLY MASTER CATERING, he elevates events to gourmet experiences. Chef Miguel Joly has always loved the culinary arts. Born and raised in Pamplemousses, Mauritius, Chef Miguel took courses at the Maison Familiale Rurale before making his debut in cooking during an internship at the Beachcomber Hotel in Trou aux Biches. Today Chef Miguel has more than 15 years of culinary experience. He w
orked in various hotels such as Casuarina Resort & Spa, Maritim Crystal Beach Hotel, LUX* Hotel, La Plantation, Zilwa Attitude Hotel, Tamassa Resorts and Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort. His career was also marked by a stint within the Mosaic Services Catering group located on the African Leaders Campus and another experience as Executive Chef in the Bombay Sopot Restaurant in Poland. Chef Miguel is also passionate about fusion cuisine and fruit carving. He enjoys mixing different flavors and ideas from all over the world. It's like creating a global symphony of flavors on a plate.

Thanks to his dedication and excellence, he won two impressive awards. In 2015, he was crowned the Best Chef Challenge winner at the TEWF Contest. Then, in 2022-23, he received the Golden Award for Best Chef of Gastronomie Poland.
