Before Steven Psaila was even a name in the photography industry in Malta, I was already capturing time. For over 18 years, I worked behind the scenes at Heritage Malta, using my skills in marketing, design, and visual storytelling to document our nation’s rich cultural heritage. It began with photographing museum artefacts, exh
ibitions, art collections, and conservation projects — and eventually, it led me to people. As my camera evolved, so did my voice: cinematic, romantic, and deeply human. Instead, I built trust slowly and sincerely, shifting part-time into wedding photography as I discovered a deep love for emotional storytelling through my lens. By the time I launched Ever After Weddings, I had already photographed over 150 weddings alongside some of Malta’s most renowned photography teams — all while balancing a full-time career. I’ve stood in golden Maltese light with couples from near and far, always aiming to capture not just how things looked, but how they felt. Now, stepping fully into my calling, I’ve gathered a team of seasoned professionals to deliver a wedding experience like no other in Malta. My work reflects the soul of a moment: the wind in a bride’s veil, the quiet pause before vows, the tears in a father’s eyes. It’s about perfection — not in posing, but in presence.
