We’re looking for a full-time Events Coordinator to plan, manage & deliver top-quality events — from themed nights to exhibitions, product launches & social events!

✨ What you’ll be doing:
✅ Plan, prepare & run events from start to finish
✅ Liaise with clients, suppliers & venues
✅ Handle timelines, budgets, staffing & logistics
✅ Ensure smooth delivery with a keen eye for detail

🕐 Full-time | Dynamic, fun team

💪 We’re after:

- Organised, self-motivated team player
- Great communicator in English & Maltese
- AV knowledge a plus!
- Clean driving licence
- Willing to work nights, weekends & public holidays

We’re looking for full-time Events Crew members to help us bring top-quality events to life!

✨ What you’ll be doing:
✅ Set up & dismantle event setups (conferences, team building & more)
✅ Operate equipment safely
✅ Coordinate with event coordinators, suppliers & transport
✅ Keep everything organised & on point

🕐 Full-time | Flexible hours | Dynamic team

- Team players with a hands-on attitude
- Organised & proactive individuals
