After thorough consideration, we have made the difficult decisions to postpone Phoenix Lights Water Edition.This is not a decision we arrived at lightly.
Our commitment has always been to deliver an unforgettable experience that upholds the standard Phoenix Lights is known for, for every guests, every artists, and every partners who believed in us.
Due to unforeseen circumstances affecting our ability to meet the level of experience we promised, we have determined that moving forward as planned is not the right path. Rather than present you with anything less than what you deserve, we choose to do this properly. All GA, VIP, and VVIP tickets will be fully refunded within 3 days. (STARTING IN 8 APRIL)
Refund process:
- Refunds will be automatically processed through your ticketing platform, whether your booking was made digitally or physically
- Our team will reach out to you directly via phone call to confirm your refund and address any concerns
- Support is available through all official channels should you need further assistance
