I am Mitsy, your wedding planner in Marbella, Costa del Sol.I grew up in a large Cuban household where the traditional arts of cooking, housekeeping and gardening were practiced and revered.We always had guests and I used to love the ease with which my grandmother always managed to add extra places at the table, a special roast or big platter of the freshest garden salad, a beautiful flower arrangement, every detail magicallly combined to create the feeling of a special occasion.
After completing my hospitality education at les Roches, Marbella, I have been involved in the restaurant business as a manager for years where I always had great pleasure in serving and entertaining every one of my guests .
