One of the most important parts of ceremony design is creating the perfect first impression — the moment guests arrive, take their seats and see where the couple will say “I do”✨

For this wedding, we wanted that moment to feel romantic, elegant and completely connected to Villa Miani. A soft floral aisle, an open view over Rome and a palette that complemented the surroundings rather than overpowering them.

Because the most beautiful weddings don’t feel decorated for the sake of decoration. Every detail has a reason to be there 🤍

There are parts of a wedding you plan down to the smallest detail — and then there are moments you simply have to let happen.

The walk down the aisle, the first kiss as husband and wife, that first minute together after the ceremony… This is what the entire day is really built around.

And even the most emotional moments need thoughtful planning behind them. The ceremony timing, the position of the sun, the flow of guests and the time left for the couple to enjoy those first moments together all make a difference.

THE CEREMONY — WHERE THE WEDDING REALLY BEGINS 🤍

The ceremony is often the shortest part of a wedding day, yet it sets the emotional tone for everything that follows.

When we design it, we think beyond the flowers. The view, the direction of the aisle, the position of the couple, the guests’ perspective and even the way the space will look from above — all of it matters.

At Villa Miani, Rome itself became part of the setting. We kept the ceremony open to the incredible panorama and framed the aisle with soft, cloud-like florals, creating a space that felt impressive, but never competed with the reason everyone was there 🤍🕊️

THE MORNING OF THE BRIDE — HOW TO MAKE IT PERFECT

The wedding day starts long before the ceremony. A well-planned bridal morning sets the mood for the entire day.

1. 🤍 Choose the right space. Natural light, enough room for the photographer, makeup artist and stylist, and a clean, neutral interior make a huge difference.

2. 🤍 Prepare all the details in advance. Dress, shoes, jewellery, rings and bouquet should be ready before the photographer arrives.

3. 🤍 Keep the room visually clean. Suitcases, plastic bags, water bottles, chargers and breakfast trays should be removed before shooting starts.

4. 🤍 Allow more time than you think you need. The bridal morning should never feel rushed. Add at least 30–45 minutes of buffer time to the schedule.

5. 🤍 Bridal breakfast is a must. Don’t forget to eat. A light breakfast and plenty of water are essential — the next proper meal may be hours away.
6. 🤍 Limit the number of people in the room. Too many people create noise, movement and unnecessary stress. Keep your morning intimate.
7. 🤍 Don’t schedule every minute for photographs. Leave some empty time simply to look at yourself, take in the moment and just enjoy your special morning.

Our morning was illuminated not only by the sun and the newlyweds’ happy eyes, but also by the impressive sparkle of their Graff diamond rings. ✨

GROUNDED FLORALS - ONE OF THE KEY TRENDS OF THE SEASON

This season, instead of traditional high floral arches and towering compositions, low but large-scale floral installations are considered especially stylish.

The idea is simple: the volume goes outwards rather than upwards. Flowers spread across the space in generous, rounded masses, creating the effect of soft floral clouds growing from the ground.

* 🤍 More natural integration. They seem to grow directly from
the landscape rather than look like an added decorative structure.
* 🤍 Better photography. The composition frames the couple while leaving the background, architecture and landscape visible.
* 🤍 More immersive effect. Instead of one dominant structure, flowers can spread through the space and visually surround the ceremony area.
* 🤍 Scale without heaviness. You can create a truly monumental installation while keeping the overall space open and airy. The scale remains impressive, but the space stays
