Same client. Fourth year. Fourth program. Zero tenders.
Last week, we received the brief for a returning client's 4th teambuilding with us. Four years. Four different programs. And they never once asked for competing bids.
In the MICE industry, everyone talks about acquisition. New markets. New clients. New strategies. But no one talks about the thing that actually drives growth: the client who comes back without being asked.
Why do they come back?
Not because our price was the lowest. (It wasn't.)
Not because we have a stunning website. (We don't.)
Not because we have 200 employees and offices in every corner of Morocco.
They come back because when their CEO decided at 10 PM that he wanted breakfast on a terrace with a view of the Atlas Mountains at 7 AM the next morning — we picked up the phone and made it happen.
No "let me check with my team." No "I'll get back to you on Monday." Just: done.
200 people. Outdoors. In a lac. The kind of event where logistics are invisible but everything works. That's not luck.
That's four years of trust, built one program at a time.
Client loyalty in this business isn't a points program. It's the ability to say yes when everyone else would say "let me verify."
What's the one detail that turned your client into a repeat client?
