Same client. Fourth year. Fourth program. Zero tenders.

Last week, we received the brief for a returning client's 4th teambuilding with us. Four years. Four different programs. And they never once asked for competing bids.
In the MICE industry, everyone talks about acquisition. New markets. New clients. New strategies. But no one talks about the thing that actually drives growth: the client who comes back without being asked.

Why do they come back?

Not because our price was the lowest. (It wasn't.)

Not because we have a stunning website. (We don't.)

Not because we have 200 employees and offices in every corner of Morocco.
They come back because when their CEO decided at 10 PM that he wanted breakfast on a terrace with a view of the Atlas Mountains at 7 AM the next morning — we picked up the phone and made it happen.

No "let me check with my team." No "I'll get back to you on Monday." Just: done.
200 people. Outdoors. In a lac. The kind of event where logistics are invisible but everything works. That's not luck.
That's four years of trust, built one program at a time.

Client loyalty in this business isn't a points program. It's the ability to say yes when everyone else would say "let me verify."

What's the one detail that turned your client into a repeat client?

Next week, 50,000 people in Marrakech for GITEX Africa. We won't be there.

Too busy making 32 lawyers forget the courtroom.

Private dinner at La Mamounia. Cooking class in a riad. Desert bivouac under the stars.

No objections. No deliberations. No billable hours. Just Morocco.

We'll let you know if they survive without Wi-Fi.

The roadbook was finalised during Eid. The group lands tomorrow. Welcome to March.

While the team was still sharing meals with family, the last details were falling into place — restaurant menus confirmed, sunset timing checked for the outdoor dinner, seating layout adjusted one more time.

Not because we had to. Because that's how we're built.

This group has been in the making since February. Weeks of back-and-forth, revisions, small adjustments that no one will notice — except us.

That's the part most people never see behind an incentive trip: the quiet precision that makes 3 days feel effortless.

By Friday, they'll be heading home with stories to tell.
By Monday, the next group will be on its way.

3 continents. 3 briefs. 3 weeks.
A French tech giant. Monster from Europe. JTI from Asia.
Nothing in common — except one decision: Morocco.
One needed a full conference setup with stage and round tables.
Another wanted a motorcycle ride through the Atlas ending at a desert bivouac under the stars.
Same destination. Completely different programmes.
After 17 years of delivering these, here's what we know:
There's no standard incentive.
There's a destination you know inside out.
And a team that adapts — fast, precisely, with no safety net.
That's what agencies actually look for in a DMC.
Not a brochure.
A partner who picks up at 10pm when the brief changes.
What's the most unexpected brief you've ever sent to a local partner? 👇

Stop creating meetings that feel ..."bonne nuit"

Every project teaches us the same thing: if you want an event to have impact, you must build it differently.
And this latest convention with our client proved it again.

Here’s what truly works in the real world:

1. Change the rhythm before attention drops.
Long sessions make people disconnect.

Every 45 minutes, shift the room: stand up, switch seats, have a quick exchange.
When the body resets, focus comes back. ⚡️

2. Immersion beats scattered moments.
Small pieces of content spread over the day don’t create engagement.
What works is a focused moment, without phones, without distractions.
During this convention, that’s what aligned everyone fast.

3. Energy before content.
When a room gets tired, the slides aren’t the problem.
The energy is.
You change the posture, the rhythm, the interaction… and everything lifts again. 🟩

Each event reinforces the same lesson:
good content isn’t enough.
It’s the way you make people live the experience that creates real impact.

During November, we delivered the partner convention of a major CAC 40 company.

A full MICE setup in a stunning hotel in the Palmeraie — flawless logistics, a powerful stage design, a screen that stole the show, awards delivered with impact, and messages that landed exactly where they needed to.

And then the gala dinner… set in an 18th-century palace in the heart of the medina.
Timeless architecture, refined atmosphere, and a level of signage ex*****on that made the entire flow feel effortless.

We could have avoided that airport hat moment — but let’s call it local charm.

Thank you for the trust.
A convention that is fluid, smart, impeccably executed and truly professional — that’s our DNA.

This morning, while going through a few photos, one image stood out.

A company we truly value once asked us to integrate a real social action into their teambuilding.
So we did it. No shortcuts.
Shovels, paint, sand, well water… everything rebuilt from the ground up.
Not just through funding — but through hands, effort, and presence from every participant.

That was in 2023.
Today, 130 schoolchildren walk each morning into a renovated school that still stands strong.

And the sentence that sums it all up:

In a world saturated with ego, the one who tries to shine alone disappears in the crowd.
The one who makes others shine becomes magnetic.

****

Dans un monde saturé d’ego, celui qui cherche à briller seul se fond dans la masse.
Celui qui fait briller les autres devient magnétique.

Two scenes that say everything about incentive travel.
Agafay in full light, raw and beautiful.
And a simple chair facing the mountains.

Why a chair?
Because that was our “office” for two hours while our guests were out on their 4x4 raid.
Full 4G, full inspiration, zero noise.
This job has a strange way of reminding us why we do it. ✨

And then… our Project Manager on a camel.
Yes — even operations rides a dromedary when the terrain demands it.
Call it field management, Moroccan edition.
Supervising the group, but with style. 🐪

This is what incentive travel truly delivers:
not the agenda, but the emotion people bring home.

Thank you to our client for the long-lasting trust.
We go for more.

✨ When Managers’ Meetings find their meaning.

Not every corporate meeting is about performance.
The most impactful ones are about connection.

In recent months, several partners from the industrial sector have been asking for something more.

As highlighted by IRF and Eventoplus, the real shift is toward authenticity:
meaningful encounters, local immersion, and shared experiences that echo company values.

👉 One recent group of about forty managers experienced it first-hand in the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou.
No formal setup — just an open sky, dinner under the stars… and even a few unexpected dance moves (no names mentioned 😄).

That’s where the real dialogue happens .

Each program we design follows that idea: authentic, purposeful, and human .

28/10/2025

We are testing new environments with AI to recreate the atmosphere of our events.

And by the way, a big thank you to our friend Ali, who is always up for anything (even when dancing wasn't really planned 😄).

The result is stunning: spaces, atmospheres, scenes... everything takes shape before it even exists.

A real breakthrough in visualizing, adjusting, and bringing our projects to life before the big day.

October in motion. 🌅

What a month it’s been.

From a team laughing together on the beach in Agadir, to a lakeside convention where ideas flowed as easily as the view.

Mid-October took us to Marbella for a professional fair — always good to meet partners face to face, share coffee, and swap ideas.

And to close the month, we returned to Morocco’s Atlantic coast for an incentive full of good energy and teamwork.

Different places, same spirit — people connecting, learning, and creating moments that last.

That’s what we love most about this work. 👍
