We are delighted to celebrate the successful conclusion of The First Biennial International Conference on "Transcending Borders: Innovations and Intersections in Language, Teaching, and Culture in the Age of AI," held on May 20-21. The event brought together an exceptional community of scholars for two days of profound academic exchange, exploring the evolving intersections of technology, culture, and language education.

Our sincere gratitude goes to our esteemed keynote speakers, Dr. Emnet Woldegiorgis and Dr. Cécile Bullock, as well as to all the participants who traveled from near and far. Your insightful presentations and rigorous research contributions truly enriched our deliberations and sparked invaluable dialogue.

Highlights from our latest workshop on Classroom Management titled Quiet Power: Designing Classrooms that Work. It was an absolute joy to have Mr. Abdelhadi Zakariya and Mr. Hicham Belefkih as specialists and field practitioners share their insights. Huge thanks go to the organizing committee that ensured the smooth unfolding of the event.

The "Didactics, Language and Culture" Research Group is now accepting proposals for its First Biennial International Conference,

"TRANSCENDING BORDERS: INNOVATIONS AND INTERSECTIONS IN LANGUAGE, TEACHING, AND CULTURE IN THE AGE OF AI."

Conference Details:

· Dates: May 20–21, 2026
· Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Daily)
· Location: Conference Hall, Faculty of Letters, Chouaib Doukkali University, El Jadida.

We invite submissions for individual papers (15-minute presentations) in English or French.

Submission Guidelines:

· Abstracts should be 250–300 words (references excluded).
· Include title, author(s), affiliation(s), and 3-5 keywords.
· Clearly outline the research problem, objective, theoretical framework, methodology, and findings.
· Submit to: [email protected]

Important Dates:

· Abstract Submission Deadline: January 30, 2026
· Notification of Acceptance: February 28, 2026
· Full Paper Submission: April 15, 2026

Publication Opportunity: Selected papers will be considered for publication in a peer-reviewed conference proceedings or a special journal issue.
