Our event manager, John Javidan, has managed and coordinated over 200 events in the Roseville and Sacramento areas in the past 10 years including Roseville’s Downtown Tuesday Nights 2003 to 2013, Roseville Strawberry Festival, BerryFest, Berry Fun Color Run, Placer County Fair, All American Speedway NASCAR WHELEN series, Roseville 4th of July parade, Hot Pepper Festival, Jingle Ball, Roseville 4th of July Fireworks Show, Family Fun Night, EndFest, Everything Fun Run and many more.

Tree Harvest Championship timeline and drop off has been changed.

Tree Harvest Championship entrees may be dropped off to Cap City Distro on Friday, August 23th from Noon to 3pm at the Hollywood High Grade booth at Tree Harvest Festival/Cal Expo.

Judges will pick up their judging kits between 11:30am and 12:30pm on Saturday August 24th at the Hollywood High Grade booth at Tree Harvest Festival/Cal Expo.

Judges will submit their judging sheets to the managers office at Tree Harvest Festival by 9pm Saturday August 24th

Tree Harvest Festival Championship ribbon ceremony for participants and media only, Sunday, August 25th at 10:30am on the speaker stage in the Education building at Tree Harvest Festival/Cal Expo.
