Often couples are surprised when I say:
“Yes, I’ll be in touch with all of your guests.”
And no – that doesn’t mean I’m taking your place. It means I’m creating a safe space - for them and for you. 🙌🏼
So that when we meet for the first time, they already know who I am. So that they feel I’m the person they can turn to if something gets lost, torn or simply needs a little support before a speech.
That’s why the letters sent to guests before the wedding are always so detailed. Because details are respect. Respect for their time, their preparation, and for you. The clearer a guest knows where to go, what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect – the calmer everyone will feel. ♥️
I communicate with guests because I know how much they shape the atmosphere of your day. When they feel welcomed, informed and comfortable – they open up, laugh, dance and help create that true celebration feeling.
And in the end – to me, this isn’t just logistics, it’s an emotional backdrop. 🙏🏼

Dažnai poros nustemba, kai pasakau:
„Taip, aš bendrausiu su jūsų svečiais nuo pirmų vestuvių planavimo etapų.“
Ir ne – tai nereiškia, kad perimsiu jūsų vaidmenį. Tai reiškia, kad siekiu sukurti saugią erdvę – jiems ir jums.
Tam, kad kai susitiksime pirmą kartą, jie jau žinotų, kas aš esu. Kad jaustų, jog esu žmogus, į kurį galima kreiptis, jei ką nors pamiršta, suplyšta ar tiesiog reikia šiek tiek palaikymo prieš kalbą. 🙌🏼
Būtent todėl mano laiškai, siunčiami svečiams prieš vestuves, visada būna tokie išsamūs. Nes detalės – tai pagarba. Pagarba jų laikui, pasiruošimui ir jums. Kuo aiškiau svečias žino, kur eiti, ką apsirengti, ką atsinešti ir ko tikėtis – tuo ramiau visiems. ♥️
Aš bendrauju su svečiais, nes žinau, kaip stipriai jie formuoja jūsų dienos atmosferą. Kai jie jaučiasi laukiami, informuoti ir patogiai – jie atsiveria, juokiasi, šoka ir kuria tą tikrą šventės jausmą.
Ir galiausiai – man tai nėra vien logistika, tai yra emocinis fonas. 🙏🏼
