To sustain our growth and maintain our high standards of operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and disciplined leader to join our team as an *Operations Manager*
Key Responsibilities
*Operational Leadership:* Oversee, monitor, and smoothly execute daily security operations and personnel deployments across various client sites, while supporting operations for our training and event services.
*Client & Staff Relations:* Utilize exceptional Public Relations (PR) skills to liaise effectively with high-profile corporate clients and manage internal operational staff.
**Service Quality Control:* Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and maintain the high standard of service our clients expect.
*Reporting & Documentation:*
Handle administrative tasks, operational logging, and official communication in both English and Sinhala.
Qualifications & Experience
*Military Background:* Retired Captain or Major from the Sri Lanka Army or equivalent rank in the other Forces.
*Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar operational capacity.
*Language Proficiency:* Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills in both Sinhala and English
**Location Preference:* Candidates residing in the Colombo or Gampaha districts are preferred.
*Core Competencies:*
Strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity.
