“Day u Desire” is a wedding a coordinating service, we will be taking care of everything which have already pre-planed in the ceremony.
Every couple who plans their wedding ceremony dreams to have a perfect wedding day. However, what many couples fail to realize is that without proper coordination, that magical day can turn into a nightmare.
The important of a coordinator is that on that big day all the responsibility and stress directly is on the couple or the parents and the family members. Therefore, they won’t be able to enjoy all that special moments freely. Involvement of a coordinator make all of them free as there is a person who is able to make the ceremony runs as accordance.

Activities
WEDDING DAY ACTIVITIES
• Wedding Consultants to assist with all wedding day activities.
• Assist bride, groom, and bridal party.
• Coordinate with wedding day vendors and assist, if needed.
• Set-up of rental items as desired by the client.
• Deliver drinks, food, and snack trays to bridal party prior to event.
• Oversee venue decor to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with couple's wishes.
• Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that timeline is followed according to plan.
• Troubleshoot when needed.
AFTER CEREMONY ACTIVITIES
• Load gifts and decor left after reception in designated vehicle.
• Attend reception and ensure cleanup is completed.
• Make sure the return of florist and other rental items.
• Deliver wedding bouquet to a preservation company
