EMPOWER PENGAL 2026 | வட மாகாண பெண் தொழில்முனைவோர்களுடன் ஒரு அர்த்தமுள்ள பயணம் 🌱
Lanka Impact Investing Network (LIIN) நிறுவனத்தின் Emerging Women Program (EWP) திட்டத்தின் கீழ், Arunthathee (Pvt) Ltd. நிறுவனத்தின் Founder & Managing Director திரு. S. கலாமோகன் அவர்கள், யாழ்ப்பாணம், கிளிநொச்சி, முல்லைத்தீவு, வவுனியா மற்றும் மன்னார் ஆகிய 5 மாவட்டங்களில் நடைபெற்ற 10 தொழில்முனைவோர் பயிற்சிப் பட்டறைகளை வெற்றிகரமாக வழிநடத்தினார்.
இந்தப் பயிற்சித் தொடரில் 87 பெண் தொழில்முனைவோர் பங்கேற்று, தொழிலை ஆரம்பித்துள்ள மற்றும் ஆரம்பிக்கத் தயாராக உள்ள பெண்களுக்கு விற்பனைத் திறன் (Sales), வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை (Customer Service), தொழில் வளர்ச்சி (Business Growth) மற்றும் நடைமுறை தொழில்முனைவு திறன்கள் குறித்து பயனுள்ள பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.
10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலான தொழில்முனைவு மேம்பாடு, வணிக ஆலோசனை மற்றும் பயிற்சி அனுபவத்தைக் கொண்ட திரு. S. கலாமோகன் அவர்கள், இலங்கை மற்றும் இந்தியாவில் பல தொழில்முனைவோர், வணிக நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் பெண்கள் முன்னேற்ற முயற்சிகளுடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றிய அனுபவத்தை இந்தப் பயிற்சிகளில் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டார்.
Arunthathee நிறுவனம் கடந்த பல ஆண்டுகளாக திருமண மற்றும் மணமகள் துறையின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு பல புதிய வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்கி வருகிறது. குறிப்பாக சாரி டிரேப்பிங் (Saree Draping) மற்றும் சாரி பிளீட்டிங் (Saree Pleating) போன்ற தொழில்களை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி ஊக்குவித்ததன் மூலம், இன்று 1,500-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பெண்கள் இந்தத் துறையில் தொழில் செய்து, தங்களது பகுதிகளில் பயிற்சிகளையும் நடத்தி வருவது எமக்கு பெருமையளிக்கிறது.
இந்த அர்த்தமுள்ள திட்டத்தின் மூலம் வட மாகாண பெண் தொழில்முனைவோர்களை வலுப்படுத்தும் வாய்ப்பை வழங்கிய Lanka Impact Investing Network (LIIN) நிறுவனத்திற்கு எமது மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
மேலும், இந்தப் பயிற்சித் தொடரில் ஆர்வத்துடன் பங்கேற்று, கற்றதை நடைமுறையில் செயல்படுத்த உறுதியளித்த 87 பெண் தொழில்முனைவோருக்கும் எமது வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

EMPOWER PENGAL 2026 | Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Across the Northern Province 🌱
We are proud to share that Mr. S. Kalamohan, Founder & Managing Director of Arunthathee (Pvt) Ltd., successfully facilitated 10 entrepreneurship workshops across 5 districts—Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu, Vavuniya, and Mannar—through the Emerging Women Program (EWP) organized by the Lanka Impact Investing Network (LIIN).
The programme reached 87 women entrepreneurs, supporting start-up and early-stage business owners by providing practical knowledge in entrepreneurship, sales, customer service, and business growth.
With more than 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, business mentoring, and event management in Sri Lanka and India, Mr. Kalamohan brought practical insights gained from working with entrepreneurs across various industries. Through interactive discussions, real business examples, practical activities, and one-to-one mentoring, participants were encouraged to identify solutions to their own business challenges and confidently apply what they learned.
At Arunthathee, we have always believed in creating opportunities for entrepreneurs. Over the years, our initiatives have contributed to the growth of the wedding and bridal industry, including promoting professions such as saree draping and saree pleating, where today more than 1,500 women across Sri Lanka have built careers and are conducting their own classes and workshops.
We sincerely thank the Lanka Impact Investing Network (LIIN) for their trust and for creating this meaningful initiative to empower women entrepreneurs across the Northern Province.
