Today’s reception at the Events Centre at Stonefield Resort. As usual I wax on about simplicity and elegance, but I think this look really brings that home. I didn’t get any footage after the ceremony decor was repurposed to frame the sweetheart table, which is a shame as that elevated the look further.

Today’s wedding for our fabulous couple Khrystin and Ben. They came to St Lucia a couple of years ago and fell in love with our beautiful island.

They chose the restaurant for the wedding reception based on meals they enjoyed there the last time. Then they reached out to us and I glibly suggested getting married under the flamboyant tree at the restaurant itself.

Fast forward through lots of head scratching about how to deal with immovable tables and I think we did a pretty good job of making this statement tree even more beautiful.

Love, love, love new venues and set ups!

It’s been a while since I posted a wedding, I took a break while I figured out which way to go with my social media. The outcome is that I decided to continue as I always have! I hope it’s the right decision.

That being said, today’s wedding for Alex and David is at one of our favourite venues… this view! I love Alex’s chosen colour theme, it is just so pretty and the ground arch does not obstruct the stunning view in any way.

Very proud to be the recipient of the 2025 Gimies for Wedding Planner of the Year.

This is very much a team effort and I cannot thank Fenella and Velda enough for their dedication and commitment. And of course my long suffering husband Duncan who has to put up with our crazy hours and ideas!

And no award would be possible without the incredible work of our amazing vendors. There are too many to list individually here, but a massive shout out to all the talented photographers, videographers, DJs, florists, cake decorators, hair stylists, makeup artists, musicians, officiants, rental companies, ceremony and reception venues, caterers and other vendors that dedicate themselves to providing exceptional products and services. Thank you!

We are blessed to have such an array of beautiful backdrops, stunning scenery and a rich cultural heritage, which makes for truly unique wedding venues.
