**Green Gram Stew**
**Ingredients**
✓500g pre-cooked green grams
✓Tomatoes, puree
✓Ginger-garlic paste
✓Spring onions, chopped
✓Coriander, chopped
✓½ tsp cinnamon
✓½ tsp Gharam masala
✓½ tsp paprika
✓½ tsp chilli flakes
✓Green capsicum
✓coconut cream
✓Oil
✓Salt to taste
✓Carrot-grated
✓1 k**r beef cube
**Instructions**
1. Heat oil in a sauce pan, add chopped onions, carrots and ginger-garlic paste, k**r beef cubefry until they become brown
2. Add pureed tomato and pepper. Simmer for 2 min, add all the spices and continue cooking
3. Add coconut cream. Allow to simmer. Add green grams. Add 2 cups of water and simmer for like 10 mins on low heat until the sauce is thick enough
4. Add coriander and remove from fire
5. Serve with your favorite accompaniment e.g, chapati.
