Customers' needs and desires are met by just providing that service they require and expect whereas customer delight looks beyond Customer satisfaction, which many companies front when serving their customers.
Customer delight goes beyond Customer service in order to provide an experience that will leave a marked impression on the customer. Customers who experience delight in dealing with a business are more likely to return and also more likely to recommend the business to those they know. For that reason many businesses are focusing their attention on how they can generate delight in their Customers.
At QuickDate, we definately aim at delighting you, but we can do better, tell us how & we will.

The heat is on, at least in Ug. so this is the perfect time to head to the beach or to a swimming pool to hide away from the harsh heat. Swimming is one of the best exercises for the body, it helps build your body & strengthen the lungs. However, the presence of chlorine and other chemicals in water and the harsh sun rays can wreak havoc on your hair!!! Here is what you can do to protect your hair:-

1. Wet your hair before your swim. This is the easiest and quickest way to protect your hair against chlorine as wet hair absorbs less chlorine and sea salt as compared to dry hair.

2. Apply a conditioner or oil all over your hair before stepping into the water as these create a barrier between your hair and water keeping chlorine and other chemicals at bay & your hair tangle free.

3. Wear a swim cap to provide two layers of protection to your hair. Invest in a good swimming cap that will help you keep the chlorine water away as much as possible, boost this with a plastic cap.

4. Wash your hair thoroughly (at least 5 times) after swimming to remove every single trace of chlorine. Use a good mild shampoo for washing the hair as rinsing hair with plain water won’t do much.

5. Re-condition your hair after swimming as chlorine tends to dry out hair. Condition your hair every time you shampoo it even if you swim every day. This will help you to restore the lost moisture.

Avoid direct heat or high heat while styling your hair. Happy swimming……
