All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sherehe Events & Rentals. A 50% deposit is required to secure an event date. Deposits are non-refundable. Where applicable, a client may request to reschedule and apply the deposit toward a future available date,

subject to our booking terms. The standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transport charges are calculated separately according to the event location and required logistics. Prices may vary depending on the selected package, quantity, location, date, setup requirements and availability. A quotation should be confirmed before payment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the venue, date, guest numbers and required equipment. Availability is not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed. Photographs or videos of events will only be used for marketing purposes where the necessary client permission has been obtained. Sherehe Events & Rentals reserves the right to update prices, services and booking terms where necessary. Specific terms agreed in a confirmed quotation or booking will apply to that booking.
