For the Chepolaleyo Festival, Tari Tai led the end-to-end planning and ex*****on of a two-day celebration, bringing together communities, partners, sponsors, artists, and institutions to create an experience that felt authentic, seamless, and memorable. 🎯

From stakeholder engagement and sponsor coordination to community mobilization, experiential event design, hospitality, security coordination, and managing multiple cultural troupes and local artists, every detail was intentionally planned to ensure the festival flowed effortlessly.

One of the highlights was coordinating the many members across the different cultural troupes. With large groups to organize, performance schedules to manage, and transitions to keep on time, careful coordination ensured every troupe had its moment to shine while bringing incredible energy, music, and dance that gave the festival its heartbeat.

It was truly more than a well-run event. A community that didn’t just attend, they participated, dressed up in traditional attire, celebrated, sang, danced, and showed out!

This is what happens when thoughtful planning meets purposeful ex*****on.

The Laikipia Minorities Festival 2026 brought together communities, partners, artists, leaders, and cultural practitioners in a celebration of Kenya’s rich cultural diversity.
