Want to meet a real geisha in Japan?
Don’t chase her through the streets, experience the culture respectfully instead. 🇯🇵

At this traditional geisha experience in Asakusa, Tokyo, you’ll meet professional geisha, watch an elegant dance performance accompanied by live shamisen music, play a traditional ozashiki game, and enjoy matcha with Japanese sweets 😋

You’ll also have time to ask questions and take a commemorative photo, making this one of the most personal and memorable cultural experiences in Tokyo.

Would you add this to your Japan itinerary?👀

Everyone books Kyoto. Almost nobody books Mie!

A few hours from Tokyo gets you to Ise Jingu, Japan’s most sacred shrine, plus some of the freshest seafood you’ll eat on the entire trip, straight off the boat 😋

No crowds. No 6am lines for a photo. Just the real thing.

👇 Comment MIE and we’ll DM you the full day plan!

This hidden gem off the Golden Route deserves way more love.

Save this for your next Japan itinerary!

Would you ever pair matcha with wagyu? 🍵🥩

We weren’t sure either… until we tried Cha-Note, a brand-new restaurant in Nakameguro, Tokyo built around two of Japan’s most iconic flavours: Japanese green tea and wagyu beef.

And somehow, it REALLY works.

We tried their lunch course, with everything from chawanmushi and green tea crepes to tofu, onigiri and a wagyu burger served with green tea mushipan. But the star was easily the wagyu itself…unbelievably tender, juicy and basically melted in your mouth. 🤤

You can watch the chefs prepare everything right in front of you, and even grind the tea yourself, which makes the whole experience that much more special 😎

If you’re looking for a unique restaurant in Tokyo or wondering where to eat in Nakameguro, add this one to your list.cha_note

Your hotel can make or break your Japan trip. 🏨

The cheapest hotel isn’t always the best choice, and the most expensive one isn’t always worth it either.

When we’re planning client itineraries, we look at much more than just price. Things like neighbourhood, transport connections and how the hotel fits into the overall route can make a huge difference to your experience.

Before you book, keep these five mistakes in mind and you’ll save yourself time, money and unnecessary stress.

📌 Save this for later and share it with your travel partner.
