We are currently seeking to hire a highly capable and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team within the entertainment and lifestyle industry.
This role requires more than traditional administrative support. We are looking for a well-rounded professional with strong experience in marketing, social media coordination, executive support, and operational organization. The ideal candidate must be proactive, solutions-driven, and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and brand promotions
• Managing and coordinating social media schedules and content calendars
• Drafting professional correspondence, proposals, and internal documents
• Coordinating meetings, bookings, and stakeholder communications
• Supporting event logistics and operational ex*****on
• Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of three (3) years administrative experience (executive level preferred)
• Strong marketing and social media knowledge (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
• The flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required
Experience in entertainment, hospitality, nightlife, or event coordination is considered an asset.
