Whether playing intimate lounges or large-scale festivals, Animal crafts a seamless blend of sound and emotion that leaves a lasting impression on every crowd. Over the years, he has shared the stage with or has had the pleasure of remixing a diverse roster of international superstars, including Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj, Iyaz, Shaggy. Skrillex, Krewella, Darude, Boris, George Acosta, Funkagenda, and Oscar G, among many others. He also broke new ground in radio, launching Raleigh, NC’s first-ever FM broadcast EDM mixshow on Curtis Media Group’s Pulse 96.9/102.5. A lifelong musician since the age of six, he is trained in piano, drums, percussion, and vocals. He studied music education at East Carolina University before expanding into audio engineering at the prestigious School of Audio Engineering (SAE Institute) in New York City. There, he honed his craft under industry veterans such as Danny Wyatt (Curtis Mayfield, Norah Jones), John Siket (Phish, Dave Matthews Band), and Mike White (AC/DC, Whitney Houston). As a remixer and mashup artist, Animal has worked with the renowned Crooklyn Clan, delivering high-energy edits and productions that have reached dance floors worldwide. His remix credits include major artists like Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Linkin Park, Missy Elliott, Migos, Lorde, Britney Spears, Usher, Ludacris, and Robin Thicke.
