What a weekend! Hannah & Freddie absolutely nailed it with the dreamiest weather and location. It was a treat to be back down at Milanos, firing up the Cattle Trailer and serving flame grilled beef and Korean chicken burgers. The brief was festival-style street food and we smashed it! So proud of my team 😍🔥
And this was just one flavour of what we served up. Stay tuned, there’s more goodness coming.

Reliving the memories of a truly special day for Eve and Alex, a picture perfect celebration full of love and laughter. They envisioned a relaxed, festival-themed wedding, and we brought their dream to life with a creative and vibrant menu. Guests were welcomed with Pasti-Cones to start, followed by wood fired whole hog buns and pizzas served street food style, complemented by a bountiful harvest table. For dessert, a spread of naughty sweet treats , and the night ended with epic hot dogs that kept the party spirit alive. It was a standout wedding from last year, celebrating a beautiful couple surrounded by their cherished friends and family.

That feeling when service is complete! Would you just look at these wild flowers. Planted with hope by Eve & Alex for their big day, and their wish came true. What a beautiful wedding that was. We served wood fired whole hog buns and pizzas alongside a harvest table with seasonal local veggie dishes. Happy days!

For the lovely Libby & Sam's big day; we hot smoked these juicy sides of salmon from Fresh Fish Jersey. Lathered in a dill oil, served with wedges of lemon and some epic Beef!

Cooking this way requires patience and timing perfection, and my crew smashed it! ❤️
