Lost Village from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. What an incredible 24 hours. I know it was a bit wet but our ground needs that water. (Maybe the clouds could have waited 3 days 😂) but it was damp & dirty (in the best possible) up in the Old Zoo. Y’all had me grinning like a Cheshire Cat. Such incredible energy (and costumes) i felt your love deeply. I’ll be buzzing all week. Playing after the lovely Eden Burns & before my new faves Make A Dance / M.A.D Records was just a perfect combination ❤️

So nice to play after a kiwi ledge Eden Burns he had that stage primed and ready. So lovely to meet you and your wife. ❤️ you smashed it.

Then i heard that my boy Derrick Carter was doing the secret set in the DHL Depot 4 stage which is fu***ng incredible btw. So i ran over to squeeze him to death and then danced so hard i almost passed out it. He is one of my favourite humans. Hearing him play is like listening to an orchestra done in that funktified Chicago freestyle he does. Ugh. I had an out out of body experience. Everytime i tried to leave he sucked me back in. Love you boo. 💋

Then caught 30 secs of Soulwax unfortunately but still was lovely to see them just dominate with their live show.

Big ups to & Jay. As well as Sophie and to the entire crew behind the scenes. They were dealing with a lot but still managed to smile and dance and treat everyone equally. I just LOVED it.

Big ups to Steven Braines Sophia Kearney Kate Human & Troy Paul , my two boys Ben & Noah (my biggest cheerleaders) and last but not least my Stevie Wonderful (coined by Derrick Carter ) for being my trusty steed. Goddamn it feels so good to be at festivals again.

Getting prepped for this bank holiday Saturday Lost Village after a wonderful time Gonzo’s Two Room in Norwich. What an incredible venue. Top to bottom. Met the most amazing groups of people. I’ve never felt so welcomed. Made some new friends & had some serious laughs & played music alongside the ever so lovely, talented & and extremely sweet Holly & & i got to meet her besties Sim McGhee & his soon to be husband Al who had me in hysterics by the end of the night. ❤️ see y’all in Ibiza end of Sept 🙌🏽

Massive respect to Ash & Levi. Thank you for having me. I came home with my heart full. ❤️

So all roads lead to Lincolnshire this weekend. Lost Village

I’ll be doing a talk/panel called “Curious Minds” with other stalwarts who have been in this industry for a long time about how to kick start your career in this biz from my perspective with shesaid.so . Over 25 in this industry & i have a lot to say. That starts at 2pm on Sat.

Then i will be playing 17:00-19:30 at the Old Zoo stage. Come for an early evening set full of jams.

I’m looking forward to seeing loads of old and new mates Dj and perform. It’s such a killer line-up on every stage on Saturday.

Double header this weekend which I’m quite excited about. ✌🏽

First up is Friday night playing alongside some of my absolute favourite humans Cinthie Tiga Ewan McVicar LAMMER and last but not least. Señor domdolla💿.jpg who graciously invited me to kick off the partaaay 23:30-1am.

Then Sunday I’ll be playing a killer roof top sesh Gonzo’s Two Room & the weather looks incredible so get your butts downs there. Tix are cheap as chips & it’s almost sold out. 18:00-20:00pm. See you there. ❤️💋

Deal, Kent is such an amazing coastal town.

We moved my partners Mother and Brother there in March from London and I’ve finally come down after they settled. I haven’t been here in 10 years.

We escaped the 1000th heatwave and headed down all last week and stayed longer than expected. I LOVE DEAL ❤️

I met many single independent shop/pub owners/workers & patrons…. everyone was so friendly, as well as super chatty and there was positive vibes only. It’s definitely an alternative town. Full of artists, musicians, opened minded folks. From all ages. It’s a vibe for sure.

Arno & Co coffee shop is more than coffee it’s a little dip into Venetian heaven. What a lovely owner. Check it out.

I also popped into a recently opened charming clothing shop chock full of new & vintage high end clothes and so much more, my god i could have spent hours in there but it was so hot. Rob gifted me this beautiful velvet pink jacket which I’m wearing in slide 15. You must go if you pass through. Both Rob and Ross have really made Houseofcullen a very special place. Thank you again darling. I love it and it’s my new festival jacket. 🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️❤️

So much happened in a week, there was a “carnival” on…. I watched a seal pup rescue on the beach. Poor lil guy. Big ups to Marine Mammal Care Center for saving him. There were also huge jelly fish in the channel. And they say climate change isn’t real. Pffft.

Then my favourite place i visited was Smugglers Record Shop In all my years i haven’t been to a shop that basically had every one of my fave records. You can have drinks there. Sift through a beautifully curated collection and listen to the music they are playing. Thanks Troy. You’re a legend. 🤙🏽 also check out Deal Radio at HQ they have a great selection too and a mini radio studio for local radio shows. Just awesome 🙌🏽

And last but not least getting to spend time with Steve’s Mom and Brother was the icing on the cake. I’m so happy they are in such a great place. 🥰

p.s. that horse you see in the video. I slipped & fell into a giant pile of his s**t in the dark at the end of the night. Is that good luck 😂

Back in one of my favourite cities. BELFAST! The wonderful gang SHINE have been by my side throughout my entire journey as a Dj and playing for them at their venues and festivals over the years has always been special for me because they are bloody lovely gang that have run their events for decades. Anthony Ferris you’re a legend. ❤️ I’m also playing alongside Belfast’s fave Conor Schmtz

Just wanted to pop on here to say a very massive thank you to The Beat-Herder Festival for havihg me back as i wasn’t able to play the last 2 years. The love and support Nick and his whole team at the Toil Tree stage and the whole festival showed me was beyond special. I was quite overwhelmed and so touched. It was my 1st UK fest back after my operation last year and they made me feel right at home.

You can’t beat a festival in the north of England. The banter, humour, warm hospitality and the fact they deeply love electronic music makes every gig up there extra killer and ummm waaaay too much fun. That’s where SARAH STORY comes into play. I adore her. She is most definitely northern & is a force of nature. Jaaaaayeeesus. Let’s just say I’m sure her train ride home the next day was as brutal as mine. WORTH IT. ❤️🙌🏽

Met some new(ish) people on the scene. Who are so positive and full of really wonderful energy it’s makes such a difference. The world is trying to break our spirit and WE WONT LET IT HAPPEN.

MUSIC WILL ALWAYS BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER. NO MATTER WHERE YOU COME FROM OR YOUR GENDER OR THE COLOUR OF YOUR SKIN OR YOUR RELIGION OR LACK THERE OF. WHEN YOU ARE TAPPING INTO HIGHER FREQUENCIES, YOU’RE LETTING GO….. 💥

Special mention goes out to the birthday girl and one of my oldest mates in the U.K. Pippa Hockey . This festival is always her celebration. I’m so glad we can always pick up where we left off. Love you Marge Simpson. 🚬 💨 😂

This past Tuesday was my 1st time playing for Pikes Presents at 528 Ibiza 528 Ibiza & i can honestly say from the bottom of my heart it’s what that island has been lacking for years.

Playing outside in the open air in Spain (Ibiza no less) is a luxury that i don’t take for granted.

What this club has done for Ibiza and for a generation of clubbers that people don’t think exist anymore & the generation that is here now and inbetween is next level. The absolute “A” team that work behind the scenes, The curation, the sound, the lights, the club room that starts after outside is finished at 11pm is the absolute bomb

Erol Alkan of course tore it up. His approach to all of his sets are beyond special. He really thinks about his fans/audience & the room/club/festival he is performing in/at. You can always tell how much thought and love goes into each track/song he selects. ❤️

Dave & Steph… 2manydjs ….i’ve lost count at how many times I’ve seen them play over the decades. They have NEVER…EVER let me down on the dance floor. Nor has anyone else who has ever seen them. Innovators, pioneers, unicorns 🦄 🦄

I met so many wonderful people this past week. Had an insane amount of laughs, danced, ate, swam, & most importantly. I took a breath.

Getting to play with and for people whom i have the utmost respect for is what makes my heart swell. Thank you to everyone i crossed paths with and to my mates who came and danced with me & a massive shout out to Alex Bècc Bua who always know how to turn it up to 11.

And last but not least. To the beautiful Mancunian couple who i had the pleasure of bumping into after my set. You almost broke me with your love story. Meeting on one of my dance floors years ago. I’m so honoured you named your daughter after me. I was in shock. I couldn’t hold back the tears but you got me in the feels with that nugget of info.

Nick Sheehy you’ve outdone yourself. Love you and your whole crew. ❤️

This time next week I’ll be back on the island with my dudes Erol Alkan & 2manydjs . Although we’ve all been friends for over 20 years we’ve never all played together in the same club. This will be a special one and it’s outside in the evening. What could be nicer. This is my first time played for 528 Ibiza . I’m really honoured.
