We have been working hard in the background updating our price list, which now has some of our new products included!

We have tried to keep our prices as similar to last year where we can, but there has been a few increases.

We have also updated our packages to included more products and some budget friendly options.

Hello and happy new year everyone!

We know we’ve been extremely quiet and I’m sorry for the radio silence.

Being completely honest, I experienced extreme burn out 🥺 last year was a busy year to say the least, and as much as it was an incredible year for Willow Occasions and our personal lives, it has also been exhausting.

I have taken some time for me during January to wind down, re-evaluate and rest.

It has been busy! But a wonderful year of adventures, memories, experiences and gratitude for all our customers (new and repeat) for choosing us to decorate your event, it means the world to us!

As we haven’t had much time at the end of 2025 to upload our work, here’s a mini video of what we were up to in the last few months of 2025.

🎄❄️ Christmas Grotto 2025 ❄️🎄

We apologise for being extremely quiet over the last 6 months, however.. we’re back to it!

Starting of with our biggest project for 2025 - The Haverhill Arts Centre Christmas Grotto!

A year of planning finally came together and what a success it was!

This cozy Christmas inspired grotto was the perfect statement for all the children visiting Father Christmas.

Creating a winter wonderland with faux snow sheets, cozy backdrop, many Christmas trees, sparkle and props, plus lots more - we had a lot of fun getting this ready.

Featuring our new Christmas cardboard cutouts from the wonderful Zebra Print Events, our traditional rocking horse prop, gold shimmer wall and balloon arch with shimmer curtain entrance way, this came together perfectly.

Thank you to Nicola and the team at Haverhill Arts Centre for your help with getting this put together and for your supporting by choosing our small business to help you plan this magical day!

We are officially in the Christmas spirit!

🪩🦋 Swiftie Themed Teepee Tents 🦋🪩

The same but different!

Our Swiftie themed teepee tent range has been increasingly popular over the last few months. They’re perfect for all age ranges and we can’t help but love how colourful they are.

Our lovely friends over at If you like it put a label on it supplied personalised cups for one of our set ups which are perfect for adding that extra personal touch to the day.

Here we have two different birthdays, showing options when it comes to setting up in different spaces, our tent sizes are:

W - 104cm x H - 101cm x D - 185cm

If you have a smaller space, we will always try to work out the best way to fit them in!

We hope both birthday girlies had the best day celebrating 🤍

✨🤍 2025 Price List - Updated 🤍✨

We have updated our price list to be more visually friendly in showing what items and services we have to offer.

We have also updated to include our new 6ft donut wall, along with some new packages to cover a range of events.

This includes our new PROM package which is perfect for schools to hire, or even for private hire ready for photos once the kids are all glamorous!

🍩✨ NEW PRODUCT ALERT ✨🍩

We have been really excited about showcasing one of our new items, that is now ready to be hired out for all your events - our brand new DONUT WALL!!

Our lovely client organised a 50th birthday party for their partner, which was a black and gold luxe theme!

We used our mirrored gold vinyl 50 4ft freestanding numbers, dressed with a mix of black and glam gold balloons.

Finally, our brand new donut wall!!

Our donut wall holds up to 60 donuts and includes 3 sets of tongs for hygiene purposes. This is a wonderful product to add some extra fun to your event - who doesn’t love a doughnut!?

We hope our client had a great time celebrating xx

✨🎈 Balloons, Numbers, Teepee Tents and Shimmer Wall 🎈✨

We had a super busy couple of weeks with lots of events to start the new year!

Starting with our special little lady’s 10th birthday sleepover - Swiftie theme with a shimmer light blue, lilac and champagne gold freestyle balloon arch!

We then had a joint birthday and leaving party with a dusky pink and sage green balloon arch over our 26 light up numbers, with a hint of Australian themed animals!

And finally, we set up a joint 60th birthday and 40th wedding anniversary surprise party featuring our gold shimmer wall and balloon arch consisting of black, mirror silver, glam gold and garnet red.

Although we have been busy, it has all been worth it to help each client celebrate their events. Thank you to you all for choosing us and hope you all had a wonderful time! Xx

💍🤍✨ Engagement Party ✨🤍💍

We had a lovely time setting up for this happy couple!

They wanted a gold, navy and white colour scheme with a eye catching backdrop to take photos with all their friends and family.

We used our gold shimmer wall and combined Fashion Navy Blue, Fashion White and Glam Gold balloons. With the venue room being quite a big space this was the perfect way to fill the room whilst being simple yet effective.

The couple put so many personal touches to their party with personalised biscuits, photos and table decorations, it all looked beautiful!

It’s also lovely when you meet a clients family and friends, who travelled to ensure they were able to celebrate this lovely couples day.

We were really excited to be able to work with DJ Eddie from Amp & Decks Entertainment again, he always knows how to get a party started! Aswell as meeting Johnny B’s one man band, who is super talented!

🔵🩵 Fabulous 50 🩵🔵

Our lovely friend has turned 50 - which she looks amazingggg for 50!

We were asked to create a set up for her big birthday celebrations with blue and silver colour scheme.

Having a birthday in December is always hard, along with having a blue colour scheme that doesn’t look Christmasy, but we managed to find the perfect shades of blue to ensure this day was all about the birthday girl!

We used a mix of silk artic blue, mirror navy and reflex silver for the balloon arch, including some shaped foil balloons to add a little extra depth to the arch.

For the backdrop we also used our silver shimmer wall, happy birthday neon sign and light up 50 numbers.

Finally, to decorate the tables we used our new dusty blue table runners and for the centre pieces long stem vases with navy blue feathers and fairy lights.

⚽️🏆 Football Teepee Tents 🏆⚽️

FOOOOTTBBAAAALLLLLLL!!

How cool are our new football themed teepee tents!?

We set up our tents for the football mad birthday boy, ready to celebrate his 10th birthday with his friends.

Our new round football shaped pillows, blankets and colour changing night lights added the perfect touch for an older boys birthday sleepover.

The birthday boys mum set up a gaming station for them too along with little midnight snacks - how cool!

We’ve been super excited to get a request for this theme!

For all the mini Swiftie’s out there, this is the theme for you!

Our birthday girl celebrated her birthday in style. Our brand new teepee tent theme is the perfect set up to celebrate your birthday era. We used glittery cushion, themed blankets and created oversized friendship bracelets to incorporate the theme and tents together.

How cute are the themed banners set up by the lovely swifte Mumma!
