Synthetic Mushdrum Italian Darkwave solo project. Synthetic Mushdrum blends sounds from Cold Wave, Minimal Synth and EBM.

Songs of broken loves, recurring nightmares, dreamlike visions and crumbling dreams. Synthetic Mushdrum blends sounds from Cold Wave, Synth Pop, Dark Electro and Minimal Synth. Introspective and melancholic atmospheres alternate with minimal drums and obsessive synthetic basses. Synthetic Mushdrum is a solo project by Piero Cocozza, also producer and songwriter of Karma Shock (Darkwave duo with bassist Antonio Induddi).

Synthetic Mushdrums is a Piero Cocozza’s solo side project (Karma Shock).

It’s a trip through smoky dark discos of 80s where people dancing on synthetic sounds of drum machines and synthesizers. Music for strobe lights and smoke machines rather than mirror balls and lasers, where high energy of disco mixed with the melancholy of new wave.
