It was an absolute pleasure to feature Artigianstrame Casale as a shop to check out in order to sustain Italian heritage and tradition and support local artisans. I'm hoping to develop this into a series in order to promote ethical tourism and bring awareness to an increasingly alarming problem- the disappearance of traditional Italian products due to being bought out by larger (often foreign) companies selling mass produced "souvenirs" which catch the eye of unsuspecting visitors to Italy.
