A Wedding Planner supports the couple from the very beginning:
they design the wedding concept, search and select vendors, attend meetings, guide budget decisions, and ensure every detail fits the couple’s vision.
They build the entire project step by step, shaping ideas into a complete, beautiful plan.
On the wedding day, the Planner naturally becomes the Wedding Coordinator, making sure everything flows smoothly.

A Wedding Coordinator enters when the couple has already organized their wedding on their own.
Their role is to double-check agreements with vendors, review the schedule’s feasibility, propose improvements, anticipate issues, and solve problems before they arise.
They refine, optimize, and protect the flow of the day so the couple can enjoy it stress-free.
