Before the wedding day even begins, there’s a whole world of preparation that happens quietly behind the scenes.

We take the general timelines and boards from planners, and we completely rework them. We create our own detailed timeline just for photo and video, assigning every role, mapping out every movement, every lens and every microphone.
We build internal mood boards and shot lists, study transitions, plan drone flights and camera setups.
And then we sit down as a team to go over every detail in depth.

It’s hours and sometimes days of invisible work, but that’s what allows us to move seamlessly on your wedding day and focus on what really matters, your story.
