Customized Garments and Apparels done to your size or color can not be refunded or exchanged. Returns accepted only on damaged product. For that you have to make opening video of the parcel. You have to ship the product back to us within 24 hours of receiving the product and send us the Courier tracking number within 24 hours to be considered as exchange in case of damaged products. After we receive the dress and check the dress to be in same condition as sent to you, You will be given Credit Voucher of the same amount after deducting the shipping charges. You can use those voucher in your next purchase.
