We lost a great friend, musician, and partner in more ways than one yesterday. Elvis had been a part of our lives since our university days, when we played together in bands like KGB and later formed Skin & Leather.
A fun-loving yet grounded soul, Elvis was also a hardworking and dedicated person. Later in life he moved to the Middle East and then to London, where many of us reconnected again after a gap of nearly 25 years.
It is a very sad day for all of us to learn of his passing at such a young age.
Rest in peace, my friend. Until we meet again. You will be deeply missed.
