And That’s a Wrap!
Bee’s Kitchen just concluded an incredible 9-day Parsi Food Festival in association with JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu March 2025, and we’re filled with nothing but gratitude and pride.
This collaboration was a celebration of culture, heritage, and culinary passion, and we are truly honored to have brought the rich and nostalgic flavors of Parsi cuisine to such a prestigious platform. From our signature Dhansak to the comforting Lagan nu Custard, each dish was crafted with love, inspired by age-old family recipes, and plated with purpose.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu for their warmth, professionalism, and unwavering support. Special thanks to the culinary team, the F&B heads, the service staff, and everyone behind the scenes who worked tirelessly to ensure each guest had an unforgettable experience.
To the Marriott leadership, thank you for believing in Bee’s Kitchen and giving us the opportunity to showcase our roots and flavors on such a grand stage. This festival wasn’t just about food — it was about telling a story, and we’re grateful we got to tell ours through your platform.
