We were involved as Vendors for these events. Our role was to extend the support to various setups.

Today after duration of 20 years in the business and having successfully been part of events we have created a niche for ourselves in the following segments of event management:1)Corporate Events
2) Graphic Design and Creative Services
3) Special Events
4) Weddings & Social Gatherings
The feather in our cap was having successfully been part of the IPL 2010 in the matches that were staged in Mumbai

at CCI as well as D Y Patil stadium in Nerul, Lakme Fashion Week , IIJS. The same was done in the various aspects as are listed below: Design and creation of temporary lounges and hospitality areas
Synchronizing of LCD and Plasma screens
Controlling Sound Setups
Communication and RF Video backbone for LCDs and Plasmas
Setting and controlling Digital Lights, Professional Lights
Creative visualization and implementation, Fabrication for stalls
ASE is capable of executing lump sum activities concerning network and administrative support related to IT infrastructure. It is and remains the core strength of the company and is something that the company prides itself in. In the year 2008 ASE Events, an event management division, was formed to independently carry out event management. The transition from a support act to a lead act was not very difficult for ASE as the reputation and the trust gained over the years served it in great stead. ASE Events has successfully organized events in the last 2 years and is fast gaining popularity as a customer focused event
management crew. As has been mentioned above, the team members are capable of handling any technical requirement and at the same time are adept at being at the forefront to deal with any specific customer query.
