Late post some off the orders that went out for Easter including from Our charcuterie Deli Menu and Sweet Savory n Mains ..
We had Easter eggs of Marzipan chocolate coated n stuffed with Marzipan chocolate shell stuffed with goodies simnel Easter cake n cup cakes All Holy week we did Hot cross buns by the 100 snacks from smoked Spanish croquette turnovers .pork beef stew pork vindahlo salted ox tongue to meat loaf wrapped in bacon in a marinara sauce and ofcourse our Hams !

If it's food and anything about food we are up to the challenge so when a regular client asked us to do a Chaat street food party we were up for it .
The reviews from the client and guest were so rewarding .
It was a hot sultry evening while you'd not want something heavy this was light crunchy n most certainly different.
We had Pani Puri shots which were made exciting with a dash of vodka .Dry n wet Bhel, Kachori ,Sev puri Wada pao ,stuffed chillies potato n cheese samosas Dhai wada....
