The kick off for KAVYA’s Hyperreal EP Tour - consisting of a duo set - for one night only at Oddbird. This is a performance that blends music and storytelling into an immersive experience. Through released and unreleased tracks, she and musician and producer Goya will craft a world where sound shapes reality, pulling the audience into a journey through time and emotion.

Award-winning contemporary dance is making its way to Delhi!

These performances - by previous winners of the Prakriti Excellence in Contemporary Dance Awards (PECDA) that push the boundaries of movement, identity, and storytelling.

The Chinky Express Comes to Town by (Apr 4) – A fearless solo unpacking identity, belonging, and the everyday prejudice faced by people from Northeast India in so-called “mainland” spaces. Winner of PECDA 2018.

Deviant Octopus by (Apr 5) – A dancer shape-shifts between human, creature, and monster, surrendering to raw desire and transformation. Winner of PECDA 2024. This is a work-in-progress sharing, presented as part of a double bill.

Fountain by (Apr 5) – A man from Manipur floats in mid-air, creating a space for survival, storytelling, and silent protest. Surjit is a two-time PECDA winner (2014, 2016). This is a work-in-progress sharing, presented as part of a double bill.

PECDA is a biennial competition that celebrates excellence in contemporary dance, supporting new choreographers and groundbreaking movement work. We’re thrilled to bring these powerful works-in-progress to Delhi in collaboration with . Tickets at the link in bio!
