✨ MUM MOVES ✨

A welcoming mum & baby movement class designed to help you move your body, feel stronger and take a little time for yourself 💛

As someone with a degree in Early Childhood Education, creating safe, supportive spaces for parents and babies has always been important to me. This class combines movement, low-impact strength work, mobility and feel-good exercise in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment.

This is not an intense fitness class or bootcamp — it’s about moving in a way that feels good, rebuilding confidence in your body and enjoying some time for you, while your baby stays right beside you 👶

Expect:
✨ gentle strength-based movement
✨ stretching & mobility
✨ feel-good exercise at your own pace
✨ a relaxed and supportive atmosphere
✨ connection with other mums
