Fifteen minutes before the heavens opened and we were all questioning our life choices šŸŒ§ļøšŸ˜‚

But honestly, look at this.
The cliffs showing off, the harp behaving itself in the wind for once, and a couple so happy they probably wouldn’t have noticed if we floated off into the Atlantic altogether.

One of the things I love most about ceremonies in Ireland is that they’re real. Sometimes the veil flies sideways, sometimes the rain arrives with absolutely no respect for timelines, and sometimes those become the moments everyone remembers most fondly.

And to be fair, there’s something very Irish about standing on the edge of the world thinking,
ā€œAh sure, it’ll hold off.ā€ ā˜˜ļø

A beautiful day, a beautiful couple, and thankfully… everyone dried out eventually.

šŸ’˜ Saint Valentine, the original super celebrant.

Imagine being told you’re not allowed to get married… and doing it anyway. Legend says Saint Valentine performed secret weddings for couples in love, at a time when Emperor Claudius II had reportedly banned young men from marrying because he thought single men made better soldiers.

If that’s not super celebrant energy, I don’t know what is.

And here’s a lovely Dublin connection, you can visit Saint Valentine’s Shrine on Whitefriar Street in Dublin, where his remains are on display, especially on St Valentine’s Day, to honour this hero of love.
Love finds a way. Always. šŸ’•

So… this happened 🄹✨

I’m so grateful to share that I’ve been named Wedding Celebrant of the Year 2026 (County Clare) and received the LUXlife Client Satisfaction Excellence Award. This is a merit-led award based on reviews and feedback from the couples I’ve had the absolute joy of working with, which makes it extra special.

Huge thank you to every couple who’s trusted me with their ceremony, left a review, or sent kind words. I truly love what I do, and I’m so grateful I get to do it with the most wonderful people šŸ¤

On Brigid’s Day, there’s no better time to talk about the Four Elements Ceremony ✨

Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, each one grounding your ceremony in nature, balance, and intention.
In this reel, I’m breaking down the structure of how I weave the elements together, so it flows naturally, feels meaningful, and never feels forced.

It’s ancient, it’s symbolic, and it’s surprisingly simple, just like all the best rituals šŸ’š

Perfect for Brigid’s Day weddings, or anyone who wants a ceremony that feels connected to the land, the seasons, and each other.
