At Master Chefs we are proud to offer a diverse range of services within the sector in the areas of education, health care, sport & leisure, the high street and, of course, events. We are producers, providers, caterers and restaurateurs in our own right, with a number of award-winning eateries including Copia Green - an innovative new sustainable and nutrition-focused café - within our growing portfolio. The scale of our operation has grown steadily to match our ambition for the brand. We bring the same passion and attention to detail to our catering partnerships with third-level institutions as we did for the opening ceremony of the Volvo Ocean Race, at the Ploughing Championships and even Bruce Springsteen in Thomond Park. Scaling up for the complete spectrum of events has become second nature to us.

We were thrilled to recently welcome the latest arrival to our nationwide delivery team, our new Mercedes Sprinter Van, captured here with our lead on logistics, Donie and Executive Chef Michelle, proudly loading the first of many fresh Ellan Farm deliveries bound for our venues across Ireland.

A huge thank you to the teams at for the expert internal refrigeration fit out and for the sleek external vinyl branding.

In line with our sustainability commitments, this vehicle (and the rest of our fleet) now runs on HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), a renewable diesel alternative made from waste cooking oil and sustainable feedstocks. HVO delivers up to 90% fewer carbon emissions than conventional diesel, without compromising performance.

The colours say it all, a feast of greens and earthy roots!

This vibrant delivery from Ellan Farm landed at Master Chefs HQ, just 10km away. A variety of beetroot, aubergine, cabbage, carrots, garlic, broccoli, parsley and more, freshly harvested and packed in reusable and repurposed crates.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we grow organic, source locally, reduce waste and cook with purpose, all within our closed loop system.

Best of luck to the Desmond Rugby U18's, playing the Munster Plate final in Thomond Park today.

A huge day on Saturday for the Desmond Rugby U18.5s who play in the Pan Munster Plate final in Thomond Park. They have had a great campaign so far in getting to the final and we wish them luck in their final push to bring the plate back to West Limerick. Kick off is at 1:30pm so make the trip to Thomond to cheer the boys on.

The Novas Sleep Out is their biggest fundraising event of year and will take place on Saturday, 7th December in Limerick City.

Being a chef is more than just a job for Michelle, with her spare time spent researching new recipes and using vegetables & herbs grown in her garden to cook tasty & healthy food with her children.
