STAFF UPDATE – CARLINGFORD PARTY HIRE

Last year, at just 3 years old, Joey held the very important position of Chief Safety Inspector at Carlingford Party Hire. 🦺🧐

Now aged 4, he’s decided management wasn’t hands-on enough and has moved into a more operational role.

Today was his first day on the job and his duties included:

🔌 Rolling up extension leads
📌 Collecting pins
🏰 Walking up and down bouncy castles to squeeze the air out
💪 Helping roll up the castles
👀 Generally supervising me and pointing out anything I
was doing wrong

Best of all, Joey doesn’t believe in cash wages.

His current contract states he is happy to be paid entirely in jellies from Barry’s Shop. 🍬😂

Cheap labour, questionable employment practices… but outstanding staff 😆😆

This weekend we have a large Teepee fitted with an Indian carpet, a Japanese table and floor cushions along with our 45ft Obstacle course! What lovely weather for it!! 🙌🙌🥳🥳⛺️⛺️
