Saoirse don Phalastín x

Very grateful to have the chance to share my voice in solidarity with Palestine 🇵🇸

I am so proud to be surrounded by people who are not afraid to use their voices, we are so lucky to be able to.

And so grateful to be from a land that deeply feels empathy and compassion for people that are suffering, being colonised, oppressed, genocided. I’ll stand with you always ❤️

This song is called Roisín Dubh, I learned it from my gorgeous teacher Cáit Ní Riain. It’s a song about love, for people and place, how every mountain and bog will be shaking and still our love will be unshaken. I think about the strength and hearts of Palestinians every time I sing it.

Accompanied by amazing artist & activist Liam Ó Maonlaí , beautiful friends & dancers Holly Vallis aki iwamoto

Singing with .lisa last year as part of our singing group. Those dreamy few months rehearsing and learning the most divine harmonies… I would go to the sea in west cork every day with fia and walk and sing each harmony over and over and it felt like such a quiet peaceful moment in time x

Balancing the highs and the lows, the ebbs and the flows.

From breaking down on the motorway & sleeping in the van outside a mechanics in Tipperary, to staying at The Park Hotel & being invited up to sing a song with Martin Hayes & Peadar ORiada (!!) Can’t express how much this moment meant to me and how wonderful it felt to share my voice alongside these incredible musicians musicians. My heart is singing ❤️

I am looking for somewhere to live in Wicklow. A lovely little home for not too crazy a price, is the dream…and I am a dreamer! Somewhere cosy, bright, warm, safe, homely…

I am lucky enough to have gorgeous pals to stay with for a little while but myself and fia 🐶 would love to find a place of our own ✨

Would be open to sublets, housesitting also…anywhere in Wicklow or maybe south Dublin 🙏 any shares of this post are so appreciated xx
