A new journey is about to begin.
The Foundation for United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (FFUN, member of UN DESA-SD) is proud to announce the launch of The New Sustainable Silk Road – an ambitious cultural, educational, creative, economic, and commercial route that will connect Eurasia and the Mediterranean.

This initiative looks to the past to build the planet’s sustainable future, uniting peoples, traditions, and opportunities across borders.

Main goals include:

Enhancing cultural heritage and creative industries

Promoting fair and sustainable trade

Building stronger educational and academic networks

Creating economic and tourism synergies

Supporting intercultural dialogue and peaceful coexistence

The timeline has been set. Partnerships are forming. The road is opening.

On behalf of a prestigious International Foundation, based in Ukraine, but active throughout the world for the achievement of the United Nations Sustainability objectives, we are looking for the following part-time figure: DIRECTOR
Candidates must have the following characteristics:
- residence in Ukraine (preferably in Kyiv);
- knowledge of Ukrainian and English;
- experience in the field of sustainability and/or volunteering;
- good knowledge of Ukrainian commercial laws;
- willingness to travel around the world;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of experience/ contacts / relations with governmental and NGO, international organisations will be a plus.
The position, requiring only a sporadic commitment and considering the purposes for the benefit of the community, does not provide for remuneration, with the exception of covering any travel and miscellaneous out-of-pocket expenses.
In return, however, the possibility is offered of occupying a highly prestigious role that allows one to relate and come into contact with the world's most important national and international institutions in the political, social and cultural fields, such for example UNITED NATIONS, UNESCO, Council of Europe and more.
Maximum seriousness and discretion are required, together with a letter of reference.
