Recently, more Cityline ticketing kiosks have been put into service in Huizhou, Foshan, Jiangmen, and Zhongshan in China. 關於 Sound Check 或因交通運輸因素無法趕至演出的退票政策將另行公佈。

According to the latest announcement from the HK Observatory, the Typhoon No. 8 signal will be removed at 7:40 PM. Considering the audience who has arrived the venue already, after discussion with related parties, 2025 RIIZE CONCERT TOUR [RIIZING LOUD] IN HONG KONG on July 20th will proceed at 9:00PM.
Refund policies related to Sound Check or missed attendance due to weather or transportation issues will be announced separately.

關於取消場次及補場重要公告

天氣不似預期

原定於2025年7月20日下午3:00及晚上8:00之場次，因受颱風影響關係，該天的演出將會取消。

票務系統將會為已成功透過Cityline購票通進行網上購票之觀眾全數退款。（包括購票時已收取的手續費及郵寄費用），詳情如下：

以信用咭 (VISA / MASTERCARD / AE / UPOP) 及 電子付款平台 (BoC Pay / PayMe / WeChat Pay / 支付寶 / 支付寶 HK / 八達通)的購票人仕，將會安排原路退款，票款將安排於8-12星期內存入購買門票的信用咭或電子付款平台戶口內。

【《Skylight 天色 2025》取消7月20日下午3時場次安排】

天文台宣佈9號烈風或暴風風力增強信號現正生效，預料本港今日日間天氣持續惡劣，我們遺憾地宣佈取消《Skylight 天色》2025年7月20日（日）下午3時的場次，並於2025年7月21日（一）晚上8時替補該場次。

《Skylight天色》票務小組將於今日（7月20日）中午12時前透過Whatsapp訊息或電郵聯絡受影響觀眾有關補場或退款安排，請於限時前回覆「出席補場 / 退款」選擇。未能於限時內回覆者即視作放棄補場，自動選擇退款。
