近期有不法分子冒充 Cityline 名義，透過虛假電郵及 WhatsApp 訊息進行詐騙，誘騙買家進行轉賬。我們強烈建議大家提高警覺，避免從非官方渠道，包括二手票務平台或社交媒體，提供個人資料或進行轉帳。
所有門票僅可於 cityline.com、cityline.com.hk 及Cityline手機應用程式購買，WhatsApp及各社交平台不提供購票服務。如從其他渠道購票，Cityline 將無法保證門票的真偽。

We would like to inform the public that fraudulent individuals are currently impersonating Cityline through fake emails and WhatsApp messages, attempting to deceive buyers into making transfers. We strongly advise everyone to pay attention and avoid providing personal information or making transfers via unofficial channels, including ticket resale platforms or social media.
All tickets are only available for purchase at cityline.com, cityline.com.hk and through the Cityline app. WhatsApp and all social media platforms do not offer any ticket sales. If the tickets are purchased from other sources, Cityline cannot guarantee their authenticity.
