協青社(YO)致力協助身處危機的青年成為正向青年，YO緊隨青少年的需要及潮流文化的轉變，以創新、機動的多元模式，主動接觸身處危機的青少年，為他們提供適切之服務，包括：跨區深宵外展服務、緊急住宿、24 小時服務中心(蒲吧)、24 小時熱線、心理治療等。YO更發展青年喜愛的文化平臺，讓他們有機會發展自我的優勢。
YO年度開支超過港幣四仟三佰萬元，當中住宿單位約一仟四佰萬元開支由政府資助，其餘全賴社會大眾支持。
