Job Duties:
• To assist the management in providing administration and logistics support the Venus Partner of Yau Ma Tei Theatre (YMTT) for implementation of their programmes and audience building activities; to coordinate with other sections of YMTT and Ko Shan Theatre in relation to operation of promotional areas on site or online to enhance the image of the venue Partner.
• To assist in preparation of promotion videos, interpretive display anels and other digital display for the re-opening of the YMTT and its Phase 2, and to oversee the progress of video and panels production. To assist in management of compiling and enriching the photography and videography database of YMTT, YMTT Phase 2 and Red Brick Building (RBB) for marketing and archival purpose
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree from a Hong Kong University or equivalent
• Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 4 year’s full-time working experience, including at least 2 years of which in organizing cultural / arts related programmes or arts management / administration in preforming arts venues, cultural programme offices, museums or international conference and exhibition centres in Hong Kong
• Possess good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and supervisory skills; and
• Good computer knowledge; Proficiency in application of Photoshop and MS Office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
