今次我地又到遊艇出動喇～⛵️我地有豐富既上遊艇煮餸既經驗，以往都經常上船做會席料理、Omakase等等,而今次就到中菜既時間，中菜包羅萬有，今次我地就有✨潮州菜、✨港式及✨川菜。

🦀大大隻凍花蟹，蟹肉緊緻彈牙，入口冰涼清甜，蘸上潮州豆醬或紅醋，每一口都是回甘的極致享受🤤。
🍗經典的四川傳統冷盤口水雞，皮爽肉嫩的鮮雞😍，淋上正宗紅油、花椒與碎花生調製的秘醬。麻、辣、鮮、香、嫩五味交織，瞬間刺激您的唾液分泌，一口開胃，😊越吃越上癮！
🐚仲有香港大牌檔的宵夜名菜辣酒煮花螺，花螺浸潤在秘製的香辣酒汁中，螺肉吸收了香濃的酒香與辛辣的醬汁🔥，口感爽脆、極度入味。

今次黎到渣打銀行✨做刺身壽司宴會！
我地準備左刺身，包括野生鰤魚（背）、鲷魚、赤蝦仲有壽司🥢如野生鰤魚（腩）、鲭魚、章紅、帆立貝、松葉蟹、海膽等等🍣。
而且今次仲有原條野生鰤魚😄由我地師傅即場劏魚👍！即場新鮮制作鰤魚刺身壽司，鰤魚肉質細膩，油脂均勻，入口滑潤帶甜味🤤非常美味。
加埋仲有我地自制😀既接骨木花香桃茶、茘枝提子蘆薈汁。
非常豐富又美味既刺身壽司宴會！😍

This time we’re at Standard Chartered Bank ✨ hosting a sashimi and sushi banquet!
We’ve prepared sashimi including wild yellowtail (back), sea bream, red shrimp, and sushi 🥢 such as wild yellowtail (belly), mackerel, ark shell, scallop, snow crab, sea urchin, and more 🍣.
And this time we even have a whole wild yellowtail 😄 freshly filleted on the spot by our chef 👍! Freshly prepared yellowtail sashimi and sushi right before your eyes — the yellowtail’s flesh is delicate, evenly marbled with fat, smooth and sweet on the palate 🤤 absolutely delicious.
We’ve also added our homemade 😀 elderflower peach tea and lychee grape aloe juice.
A truly rich and delicious sashimi and sushi banquet! 😍

近來除了日本菜式之外，也有很多人向我們查詢中餐😀，而中菜當中又細分很多種類。
✨我們最近就有制作川菜，其中包括四川經典名菜水煮牛片，以麻、辣、鮮、香著稱，牛肉片嫩滑😍，湯汁紅亮，搭配豆芽或白菜等蔬菜，入口麻辣濃烈，非常過癮。😘
而我地今次使用了A5和牛👍，將牛肉片切得均勻薄片，令到牛肉片嫩滑容易入口同時牛肉重。🔥麻辣味道厚重，香味濃烈，暖胃又開胃。😄

Recently, aside from Japanese cuisine, many people have also been asking us about Chinese food😀, which itself has many different categories.
✨We have recently prepared Sichuan dishes, including the classic Sichuan specialty Shuizhu Niupian (Boiled Beef Slices). Known for its numbing, spicy, fresh, and fragrant qualities, the beef slices are tender😍, the broth is bright red, and paired with bean sprouts or cabbage, it delivers an intensely spicy and numbing flavor that is truly satisfying.😘
This time, we used A5 Wagyu beef👍, slicing it evenly into thin pieces to ensure the beef is tender, easy to eat, and rich in flavor. 🔥The numbing and spicy taste is bold, the aroma is strong, and the dish is both warming and appetizing.😄
