Definitely one of those very weird nights last night at the Irish house Stalis , and I'm sure the weather was a factor..just my humble but 18yrs on Crete experienced opinion 😂 anyhooooo, definitely a very slow and subdued start to the evening so I made the decision early on that I would just concentrate on the music 🎵🎶 and it gave me and opportunity to throw in a few extra songs I haven't done often/never 👍🏼..so that was a small bonus.
it wasn't until the last hour that the mood changed and we had a lot of dancers , a lot of chancers ( I won't mention the helicopter 🚁🐘 challenger Mark Cardwell as it would be rude to do so , but he's definitely a chancer..that's why I love him especially when he put his pink wig on ..he'd definitely get it 😉😘) 😂😂.. I won't mention the crazy glow in the dark bright Green wig given to me by yet another chancer ( please see photo attached and modelled by another chancer, oh and the luminous wig is definitely real 😂) 😉👍🏼🤣
oh along with some extra large pickled onion monster munch 😋🤤 😂😆
To be fair there was some top heckling going on ... Oh yes I was being abused verbally by that rowdy table to my right and by the weirdos sitting directly to my right .yip , the first table..yes that feker Cardwell again, winking at me trying to distract me with his feminine charms 😂
The joys.. but a big shout out to all the crazy dancers, the jivers ,the skivers and the deep sea divers, well we did have a few puddles to deal with 🌧️☔ 😂😂also to the 2 nice ladies in the corner at the kitchen table , dancing away like nobody was watching.. except I could see you 😂.. fantastic stuff ladies 👏🏼👏🏼
Nice to see Peter Graham make a welcomed appearance, albeit later than most 😂.. but given the weather i fully understand why some people chose to do other things (except those who went to play bingo, that's seriously an illness and needs looked at by a professional ), seriously tho it was nice to see you pop in sir 😉👍🏼🇬🇷🎤
As always a big shout out to the team.. George's Angels 😇😇😇..for the floor mopping antics, the craic , and for just being there on another weird and wonderful night of 2hr and 20 mins of music and a bit of fun , oh I must give a big shout-out and massive thank you to the power cut at exactly 2hr 20min as it meant i stopped short of the 2½hr mark 😂.. especially as it was right in the middle of "Brown eyed girl" so that's a bonus, not of an early ISH night for me 😂 😂
So, hopefully it'll be a crazy and fun filled bar and night on Saturday when I return for more hand clapping, foot tapping,ass shaking, hands in the air like you just don't care music and fun antics on ....well , strangely enough, Saturday night ..weird that isn't it 😉 👍🏼🇬🇷🎤

It's Wednesday the 16th September, so that means it's back to the madhouse that is The Irish house Stalis
from 10.00pm for yet another laid back ish 😉 Wednesday night magical mystery musical journey through the 60s, 70s, 80s, and a little bit of the 90s hopefully bringing back musical memories of days long gone by and songs that time time possibly forgot..or possibly not 😉👍🏼🇬🇷🎤
If we're lucky, we may have some hand picked volunteers to assist with the night's music and fun antics , as well as the standard self explanatory "Full audience participation section"
* subject to some crazy people volunteering and the full audience taking part in the aforementioned section*😉🙏🏼👍🏼😂 🇬🇷🎤
As always, the hardest working team , George's Angels, led by Blondie herself ,our Jan Sereinig aided and abetted by DJ Madhead Holly Noble and of course our Sophie Angel Sheill , will all be on hand to cater for all your drinking needs and desires and as always served with a smile 😁😉👍🏼
Remember...The hand clapping, foot tapping, ass shaking hands in the air like you just don't care music and fun antics are always what it's all about... Another mad night at the Central Bar Gouves and more amazing people in the house.
Not a full house but definitely busy enough to keep me and the bar staff on their toes 😂😂.
A big shout-out to the noisy bastards table in the restricted view seats 😂.. it's always a pleasure to see you crazy muddafukers and always a pleasure to chat with you, that's why I didn't volunteer you to help out.. well. I nearly lost one of you to a heart attack last week so I wasn't risking it again 😂😂. Also the our resident Victor Meldrew Dave Ellison and his £12 an hour carer 😂 even tho he was more interested in the feking football..well at least I had his attention for the first hour 😂.. Also to ... maybe add that opinions vary on this particular thank you , but to Al Sharp and his long suffering better half Sue , it was nice to see you two fantastic people back again. A massive humbling thank you to a lovely couple from Belfast.. it was nice chatting to you and thank you for the kind words and feedback.. God bless you both 🥰
Anyhooooo.. I have to thank our beautiful ladies for volunteering for the Salsa Train 🚂 Choo Choo 🚂😂.. and I'm hopeful that one in particular will get that tattoo that says..Left and Right on the appropriate armies, hands and feet 😂😂..I'll put it down to her young age and the alcohol.. even your mum was pi***ng herself at you 😂😂.. but seriously tho, you gave it everything and there was some top ass shaking going on and you made an old man very happy ( I meant the old pervert sitting at the front table ..not me.. allegedly 😉)😁
Next up it was the men.. 4 brave souls
, well 3 brave and one on the verge of the afterlife 😂😂. But to be honest you guys went all in on the Buster Bloodvessel Ska skanking lip up fatty classic.. I was impressed by your stamina and effort and you certainly put on a show .. thankfully for the 2nd week in a row , no medical assistance was required and no bodies were stepped over and left in the street in the name of entertainment 😂 Thank you to all the hand picked volunteers you were fanf**kintastic 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
After a short breather it was straight Into the full audience participation section 😉 and I humbly thank everyone who took part and as always helped me rule the world 🌎 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
So after 2hrs and 10mins the night was over and for me , and it was another cracking night of the usual hand clapping, foot tapping,ass shaking hands in like you just don't care music and fun antics 😉 👍🏼 🇬🇷 🎤

Definitely another busy and crazy night at the Irish house Stalis last night 😂 and once again we had a mix of the mad, the bad the crazy and the outrageous, the dancers the chancers and one set of true romancers ( who left just before the end hand in hand ..wonder why 😉😘)😂😂
Anyhooooo... Once again a cracking music and fun filled night is over and it was definitely a good one. Nice to see my dear friend Jackie Armour in the audience, singing and dancing the night away ..she even came bearing gifts 😘, we even had fleeting appearance from John Bettles and Denise Bettles ..was nice to see you guys pop in 🥰 and as always the usual suspects propping up the bar 😂
A big shout-out to all our volunteers, male and female, but i do have to mention the Dutch contingent ( definitely not German despite what was being said ) 😂 and the Belgians including the BFG) Big Fekin Gorilla not the big friendly giant 🫈 🦍) who insisted he was a certain chap from Germany ( best not put it here as I may get banned and upset someone)😂 but fair play they were good fun ( even the gobby one who wouldn't keep still, stut up or even listen) 😲😱😱. She drove everyone nuts 😂😂😂 to the point where she asked me why I was finishing at 12.45pm..so I did explain that I'm only there for 2hrs and meant to finish at midnight, but they'd once again had an extra 45 mins so not to complain..some people eh, just ungrateful 🤔 😂
So for the ladies it was our standard Saturday Salsa Train 🚂 and fair play to the ladies they certainly shook their bums and went for it ( even the gobby one) 😂😂...we'll done ladies 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Next was our men and it was welcome return for the infamous IrishHouse Stalis Village People club to gain new members 😂 and I do have to say that it was one of the most chaotic, crazy , disorganised YMCA dances I've seen in a long time ..but it was hilarious..no coordination , no rhythm and no clue, no direction (despite my clear instructions) but ,it had me in stitches 😂😂
But well done guys you got there in the end 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
After a bit of UB40 it was straight Into the full audience participation section and have to thank everyone who took part and helped me once again Rule the world 🌎.. fanf**kintastic stuff ,bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Time always catches up , but as everyone was happy I was having a blast, so I carried on and continued until 12.45..again 😱😱😂😂 yip, I'm paying the price this morning that's for sure..but that's what music and fun does to me , especially when everyone is having a cracking night 😂
Big shout out to the single lady sitting to my right , who became a true romancer (sssshhh 🤫🤐..but I hope it was my music and fun that got you in the mood and not the alcohol 🙏🏼😉😜🤣) to young George who'll be celebrating his 21st next Tuesday, the Irish connection up the back , the Kent crew , the Preston posse and of course the Glasgow mafia sitting in Fenian corner 😂 Lucy Elizabeth Semple . It was heartwarming and inspiring to see you and your mum in the house ..god bless you both 💚🇬🇷💚🥰

The road to recovery continues, as tomorrow night I'm back at the madhouse that is The Irish house Stalis with my Saturday night set and I'm hoping for more hand clapping, foot tapping, ass shaking hands in the air like you just don't care music and fun antics...
That usually means the standard hand picked volunteers, which normally is a "Saturday Salsa Train" 🚆 for the ladies, and something a little energetic for the men 😉👍🏼 oh, and a full on energetic high octane full audience participation section ...
