It was graced by the Omanhen of Effutu Neenyi Ghartey of Effutu Traditional Area, Hon. Member of Parliament Alex Afenyo Markin of Effutu Consistuency, Director of Ghana Education Service Mrs. Rose Tenkorang , The team leader for the TVET project Mr. Collins ARMAH and COTVET crew headed by Mr. Stephen Morrison , Rev. Derrick Ben Kwofie of A.M.E Zion Church J.C Price Cathedral and a great number of GNTDA members from Central Region.
